Plus, if you’re staying in, these fun Halloween games will definitely keep the kiddies (and the adults!) entertained.
Spooktacular Boo! at Dublin Zoo
The annual Halloween event at Dublin Zoo is a perfect day out for all the family. Spooktacular Boo! offers families a fun-packed event, from creepy arts and crafts to spooky face painting and chilling talks from the zookeepers themselves.
Or, if your little ones would prefer to attend something spectacular rather than SPOOKtacular, there’s always Wild Lights at Dublin Zoo too. An illuminated show that the whole family will love!
Tayto Park Halloween Events
There’s always fun to be had at Tayto Park, and Halloween is no different! From ‘Scary Tales‘ to ‘Tayto Park Terrors‘, the whole family is sure to have a ball. Scary Tales is the perfect fun-filled event for the little ones, as they hear stories of escaping the Wicked Witch and saving the Prince. While Tayto Park Terrors kicks things up a notch with three brand new scare zones. Project Zero, Tomb of Shadows and The Carnival.
Samhain Magic at Croke Park Museum
This year, GAA and Halloween unite as Croke Park’s GAA Museum is marking the ancient Irish festival of Samhain with a new spooktacular family-fun event – Samhain Magic at the Museum. The kiddies will follow a pumpkin trail through spectacular areas of Croke Park, followed by a spooky magician show. There’s also prizes up for best costume on the evening, so get planning!
Rathwood Pumpkin Train Adventure
The little ones will love this as they join the Terrible Twins Wizzie & Lizzie to try beat the evil Wicked Witch. Go along on the train journey to beat the Wicked Witch and collect pumpkins on the way! Afterwards, carve your pumpkin masterpieces while enjoying a delicious hot chocolate! At the Rathwood Pumpkin Train Adventure, it gets a little scarier after 4pm for the bigger kids, so everyone enjoys a fun-filled day!
Halloween Happenings at Lullymore
Lullymore Heritage & Discovery Park are back again with ‘Halloween Happenings‘! Full of ghastly ghouls and haunted holograms, to terrifying train rides and zombie attacks. This event may be a little too scary for the younger kids! But there’s still plenty of fun to be had for all ages with jam-packed Halloween games both indoor and outdoor.
