If you’re seriously dedicated to the fashion cause and stayed up to watch the Met Gala last night, chances are you’re going to need an extra large coffee to get you through the day. If not, you can catch up on the Met Gala antics right here! The Met Gala, possibly the most fashionable night of the year, took place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, in New York City last night. The VIP guests swept up the red carpet, dawning the theme of “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination”. While it’s near impossible to choose a standout favourite, here are some of our favourite looks from the red carpet last night.

We ‘oohed’ over Blake Lively’s Atelier Versace gown, the colour choice was just beautiful! Sienna Miller opted for a classic look in a Louis Vuitton number. While Cardi B dawned impressive Moschino, teamed with a matching headpiece.
Here, we’re loving the dark textures, detail and chic prints. Jennifer Lopez stole the show in her themed Balmain number, while Stella Maxwell stunned in a Moschino gown. As for Gigi Hadid in Atelier Versace, we just can’t get over this look!
Ariana Grande made her Met Gala debut in a jaw-dropping Vera Wang gown and a simplistic bow headpiece. Chadwick Boseman dawned an amazing look in Versace, stylishly sticking to the theme of the night. Emma Stone looked as elegant as ever in a simply stunning navy Louis Vuitton gown with gold detailing.
Anne Hathaway portrayed a heavenly Valentino gown that almost everyone ‘oohed and ahhed’ over. Sarah Jessica Parker stunned in a Dolce & Gabbana piece, complete with a matching headpiece. We expected no less from SJP! Ruby Rose was another that opted for a fabulous red gown, simply stunning in Tommy Hilfiger!
