It’s the day after the night before, the most anticipated night in A-listers calendar. Unless you managed to avoid all media platforms today, you’ll be well aware that last night, Hollywood was alight with the glitz and glam of the 90th Academy Awards. As the Oscars kicked off, colour returned to the red carpet. It’s no secret that we love all forms of fashion here at Littlewoods Ireland HQ, so we oohed over everything from striking cobalt colours to glistening gold gowns. As we couldn’t possibly choose a favourite evening dress, check out some of our most-loved looks from the 2018 Oscars.
The Looks We Just Loved
Not only did Zoey Deutch hit the red carpet in style, but also in an eco-friendly gown. Simply stunning!
Although Saoirse Ronan didn’t pick up the Best Actress award, she stunned the red carpet last night! Her Calvin Klein by Appointment gown had a minimalistic view from the front and sported a stunning statement bow from the back.
Sandra Bullock stole the show in a glistening halterneck Louis Vuitton number. Certainly setting the gold standard for the evening ahead!
Nicole Kidman rocked the red carpet in a fabulous cobalt Armani Privé number. We’re just loving the gorgeous shade of blue teamed with the red lip. Fabulous!
Meryl Streep walked the red carpet in an outstanding scarlet gown. She looked the picture of elegance in the Christian Dior number.
Margot Robbie was one lady we were certainly expecting an amazing look from, she certainly did not disappoint!
Lupita Nyong’o stunned the red carpet in this striking gold beauty by Atelier Versace. It had to be one of our ultimate favourite looks of the night!
Another gold number we swooned over. Jennifer Lawrence looked the epitome of glamour in this metallic Dior gown.
Jennifer Garner dawned the red carpet in a jaw-dropping cobalt gown. We’re just loving the deep shade of blue and flowing trail!
Jane Fonda dazzled the red carpet last night in an angelic white gown, custom made by Balmain. All kinds of fabulous!
Rather than a usual gown, Emma Stone opted for a sleek suit instead. We’re loving the clash of colour teamed in her look.
