When it comes to film and television, there are two new releases that we CANNOT WAIT to see.

The first is Bridget Jones’ Baby, which will be coming to cinemas later this month, and the second is the revival of the brilliant Gilmore Girls.

The much-loved series will return for four hour-long episodes on Netflix on 25 November, catching up on the lives of fast-talking Lorelai and budding journalist Rory.

Excitement has been growing among fans for the big day and things reached fever pitch this week with the release of the first page of the new script.

It reveals that the show will open with Lorelai and Rory meeting at the Stars Hollow gazebo and given that the two are having just as much banter as in previous series, it’s definitely whet our appetite for the new episodes!

Better still, actor Scott Patterson tweeted one of the first images from the series, which suggests that Luke will have a key role.

If you haven’t seen the trailer for the new series, entitled A Day In The Life, you can see it here.
