While Fitbits might seem relatively new, they actually came about in 2007 in San Fransisco, and have 25.4 million users worldwide, so you could say they know a thing or two about health!
And although there are 25.4 million active users worldwide, there have been a whopping 60 million sold, which leads me to believe, a lot of people aren’t using them to their full potential.

The Fitbit uses a super smart technology to track your movements all day everyday. No matter if you’re walking, jogging, or running, it helps you reach your daily goal of steps, however large or small they may be.
