Do everything in moderation
Just take your time and don’t take too much onto your plate.
Try and work out every day
It doesn’t have to be every day but try your best to workout throughout the week!
Go for a walk at the weekends
Not only does it get you out of the house, but it is also good for the head!
Drink plenty of water
Just keep sipping on water throughout the day, it is important to keep yourself hydrated.
A general Irish saying, but be sure to not be too hard on yourself!
