Every year we sign up for an expensive gym membership in the hope of transforming into Miranda Kerr in time for our summer holidays… and every year, we fail miserably.
While we’re not sure that there’s a treadmill in the world that could have that effect, there are some steps you can take in 2016 to make that New Year’s Resolution a reality.
The first one? Don’t join the gym.
Now, bear with us. We’re not suggesting that Netflix and a closer relationship with your couch is going to help you fit into those skinny jeans but creating your own gym at home can make it so much easier to stick to that fitness program.
Instead of running late for a Spin class and deciding you’ll get back to the routine next week, you can hop on the elliptical in front of Corrie and work your exercise around your own schedule.
With gym subscriptions costing up to €500 a year, here’s how to set up your own – and save money!
