As we quickly approach the Littlewoods Ireland Camogie  League final between Kilkenny and Cork, we look back on some of the best standout #StyleOfPlay moments that were showcased during the League.

This year’s League saw some fantastic matches played between the teams, and the women really showed off what they can do on the Camogie field! Here are our top stand out #StyleOfPlay moments of the League so far!

Aoife Donoghue – Galway

Galway v Tipperary

Aoife Donoghue ran an epic solo run in the Galway v  Tipperary game, to land the sliotar in the back of the net! Aoife Donoghue may be small in stature but she has some serious speed. Watch how she out runs all the defenders to find the back of the Tipperary goal, and put Galway up on score sheet.

Sarah Fryday – Tipperary

Tipperary v Wexford

Wexford may have won this match, but Tipperary full forward Sarah Fryday showed what she can do, with a burst of speed past the Wexford defence to find herself in for a goal. We love how she fires the sliotar into the back of the net landing a goal for Tipperary.

Orla Cronin – Cork

Cork v Wexford

In a tense match of skill from both teams, Orla knocked this beauty of a point over the bar. The half forward, dodged her way past three Wexford defenders, and tapped this fantastic point. Watch how it just curves round to make it between the two posts. Fantastic stuff!

Annie Fitzgerald – Waterford

Waterford v Dublin

Waterford’s Annie Fitzgerald showed off her amazing skill to the crowd during their match against Dublin. Watch how she catches the ball when it was fired into her from the 65 metre line, manages to do a solo run and finishes it beautifully by tapping the ball neatly over the bar to secure a point for Waterford.

Laura O’Neill – Limerick

Limerick v Waterford

Being a goalkeeper can be one the toughest tasks, you need incredible skill and agility. Limerick’s Laura O’Neill showed us how talented she is, with this fantastic save during the Limerick v Waterford game. Check out how quickly she deflects the ball away from her goal which it’s shot in, amazing!
