Watch: The #StyleOfPlay moment of the week from the All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship

With heaps of Hurling action being played over last weekend, choosing a standout #StyleOfPlay moment of the week was not an easy task! Find out who it was right here!

There was plenty of Hurling action last weekend as the next stages of the Leinster and Munster Senior Championship got underway. As we enter our second year of sponsorship, we will be bringing you all the #StyleOfPlay and key moments from each weekend.

The #StyleOfPlay Hurling moment of the week

Picking a standout #StyleOfPlay hurling moment of the week is never an easy task and this week, it proved especially difficult.

A special mention has to be given to Joe Canning for a wonderous point and for executing a penalty perfectly for Galway.

Though ultimately, for us, the standout #StyleOfPlay hurling moment of the week has to be this sublime save from the Cork goalkeeper Anthony Nash.

In the final few minutes of this Munster clash between Cork and Tipperary, Tipperary were behind by 3 and hungry for a goal.

After a scramble in front of the Cork goal, John ‘Bubbles’ O’Dwyer rocketed the sliotar towards the nets, only for Nash to save the shot at lightning speed. Watch how he quickly hits the ground to deflect the shot out. Fantastic!

Be sure to check out our blog next Monday, when we will have another winner of the #StyleOfPlay moment of the week!
