This or That with Jackie Tyrrell

We sat down with Jackie to chat all things fashion!

Jackie Tyrrell is known as Kilkenny’s great hurling defenders, picking up an impressive nine All-Ireland medals throughout his career. Having retired from hurling with Kilkenny, Jackie is now one of Ireland’s shrewdest pundits on The Sunday Game.

Off the pitch, Jackie has a keen interest in fashion. We sat down with Jackie at the launch of our Winter Edit, and challenged him to a round of ‘this or that’!

Dickie bow or tie?

Lots of hair gel or none?

Oh…it would have to be none!

Facial hair or shaven?

Facial hair!

Braces? Yes or no?

Oh yes!

Sportswear or casual wear?

A tough one, but it would have to be sportswear.

Brogues or loafers?

Skinny jeans or straight jeans?

Skinny jeans, all day long.

Skinny tracksuit bottoms – yes or no?

Oh without a doubt yes!

Suit with runners? Yes or no?

Oh most definitely yes!

Striped or plain shirt?

I would stick with plain.

Littlewoods Ireland are proud sponsors of the National Camogie Leagues, the GAA Go Games Provincial Days and the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship. You can check out all the action from The Winter Edit right here.
